Who We Help
Grace in the Shadows provides Christian counseling and secure telehealth therapy for doctors, clergy, counselors, military, first responders, college students, couples, families, individuals (and more) facing burnout, compassion fatigue, trauma, anxiety, and relationship strain. Many of our clients are the ones others rely on, yet they quietly carry their own burdens. We also have a trained life coach for those interested in life coaching rather than therapy.
Through faith-based counseling rooted in a Biblical worldview, we offer online Christian therapy across Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, Alabama, Florida, and Idaho.
